On arrival at the NetSupport Powerweb Business Continuity facilities each operator is provided with a fully equipped workspace. Each Workspace provides:

4ft or 5ft workstation
Ergonomic Operators chair
Dell Optiplex P4 2.8 ghz, 256Mb, Desktop PC
17" high definition TFT screen
Siemens Optipoint telephone

For each customer, on arrival, their desktop PCs will be prepared and ready with their own operating system and applications that will have been deployed at the moment they invoke their cover.
