Hardware Support
The service is for business critical installations and covers up to 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. The service includes an Engineer on site with a replacement part or guaranteed loan within 2 or 4 hours. It also includes installation of operating system and restoration of data; our Engineers take complete ownership of the problem including customer data and configuration until the issue is completely resolved.

Gold – Hardware Support
The service is for 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
during the hours of 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM. The service
includes an Engineer on site within 4 hours. It also
includes a loan when possible and installation of operating
systems.
Silver – Hardware Support
The service is for 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
during the hours of 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM. The service
includes an Engineer on site the Next Business Day.
