It is essential that when installing new technology, the process is planned thoroughly giving consideration to the impact any down time may have on the company's day-to-day business. Subsequently, when our engineering team carry out an installation they do so ensuring that not only are our customer's expectations met, but in doing so they are met with the least disruption to their business.

Our on-site installation service provides on-site technical resource in the form of qualified engineers to install and commission the appropriate solution. On site installations are delivered against a requirements document agreed before the work commences. The work undertaken by our engineers is documented throughout the installation and commissioning. Through this documentation customers will be fully aware of the status of the installation, including any outstanding actions or follow up requirements that may be deemed necessary. The installation will only be considered complete when the customer signs off against the agreed requirements documentation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. On the completion of the installation, engineering reports will be provided to the customer.
